Pogo Pops celebrate 30 years together by releasing their 9th album Love is the Greatest Compass to rave reviews from the Norwegian press! The band also produced a music video for their latest single The Way it Goes before the release of the album. This week, the Bulletin profiled our Festival! The Bulletin is a popular online platform in English for the large international community in Belgium. Check out the article written by Sarah Schug here.

It would arguably not be a proper music festival in Belgium without beer – and we did not have to look far. We are extremely happy to share with you that the local Waterloo brewery Brasserie Lion will serve their beers at the festival (we also like the lion a lot…..)

A wish to offer a dynamic and contemporary image of the Belgian craft beer industry was a dream that started in the basement of the parents of one of two young beer entrepreneurs – Laurent and Alexis – and in only a few years, the dream has become a reality. Their craft brewed beer uses of champagne yeasts, organic hops from the rarest variety, organic malts and the most innovative brewing techniques. Enjoy these fantastic beers responsibly!

It could not be more perfect than getting Nostalgie on board as our Radio Partner! Nostalgie is the premier music radio for adults in the French speaking part of Belgium and broadcasts its own programs 24 hours a day 7 days a week. And if this is not enough – we are adding a waffle challenge to the mix. The Norwegian waffle maker Møllerens has asked the Norwegian church in Belgium to sell its delicious FestiWaffles at the Festival. In the land of the waffle, Møllerns humbly ask the question: can the Norwegian waffle be even better than the Belgian? We leave it for you to decide – but do try them!

Have you even had wine served from a 1967 Air Stream camper? No? Well Give Music a Chance is your chance. Nomad Wine will bring their wine camper to the festival to serve you wine. And you will not go hungry as El Taco Mobile and Chang Noi will also be there to provide you delicious tacos and authentic thai food.
